The Tru Promise

Give the ritual an honest 90 days. If it is not right for you, we will make it right with a one-time replacement or a credit toward your next order.

How it works

• Use the Activator Serum and the scalp dermaroller consistently across the 90 days.
• Photograph your scalp when you start, then once a month after that. Four photos in all.
• If you are not satisfied at day 90, contact us within 30 days of that date with your photos and your order number.
• Choose a one-time replacement or a credit toward your next order.

The details

• One claim per customer.
• You keep the product. Nothing needs to be shipped back to us.
• The Tru Promise is a replacement or a store credit, and not a cash refund.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, contact our Customer Support Center within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it. No photos and no waiting period.

Returns of opened product

Because these are natural personal care products, we cannot accept physical returns of opened items. That is what The Tru Promise is for.
